Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs kielbasa , cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 12 fl oz beer
  • 1 (20 oz) can sauerkraut, drained

Directions:

  1. In a slow cooker combine sausage, beer and sauerkraut. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, until the meat is tender and plump.
