Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in olive oil with shallots and garlic
  2. Place in bottom of slow cooker
  3. Combine beef broth, red wine and tomato paste pour over meat
  4. Add sliced mushrooms,sun dried tomatoes ,bay leaf , salt and pepper
  5. Cover and slow cook on low 6-7 hours
  6. Before serving. turn slow cooker to high, add tarragon and cornstarch to thicken
