Slow Cooked Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes , cut into 1/8 inch slices (2 lb.)
  • 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
  • 1 (2 oz) jar diced pimentos, undrained
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Spray inside of 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker with Pam.
  2. Mix all ingredients; pour into cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hrs.
  4. Or until potatoes are tender.
