Directions:

  1. Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray saute onions garlic and carrots 5 minutes
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 1 hour
  3. You can add vegetables and seasoning of your choice.
  4. (I use 2 pouches of onion soup and 6 cups of water for the beef bouillon)
