Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
  3. Add broth, water, and sherry; bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in spaghetti.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in turkey, half-and-half, and peas.
  7. Cook stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat; stir in half of the parmesan, parsley, and pepper.
  9. Serve with remaining parmesan.
