Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in heavy skillet. Combine eggs, sugar and dates. Pour into skillet and stir constantly for 4-5 minutes over medium heat or until it will form a ball. Add Rice Krispies and nuts. Cool for a few minutes. Shape into approximately 1-inch balls, then roll in coconut.
