Skillet Chicken N Gravy

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut each Breast in half.
  2. Melt Butter in heavy skillet.
  3. Add Onions, Peppers & Celery to the skillet.
  4. Saute on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Add Chicken pieces to the skillet.
  6. Season with Salt, Pepper, Sage & Poultry Seasoning.
  7. Depending on the thickness of your Breasts, you will want to saute the Chicken for about 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
  8. Whisk 2 cups cold Water with the 2 packages of Chicken Gravy Mix until smooth.
  9. Add gravy mixture to the skillet when the Chicken is half done.
  10. Bring to a fast boil over medium high heat.
  11. Reduce heat and simmer until Chicken is done and gravy is desired thickness.
  12. Serve with Parsley Rice.
