Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put simply potatoes diced with onion into oil sprayed 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Make a layer of shredded cabbage on top of potatoes with onions.
  3. Make a layer of corn beef on top of cabbage.
  4. Spread mustard around on top of corn beef.
  5. Make a layer of cheese on top of simply potatoes with onions.
  6. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes covered until cheese melts and is heated thru. Serve with more mustard.
