  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of oil in pan. When heated add peppers to begin cooking. In five minutes add bag of Simply Diced Potatoes with Onion and begin to brown. Meanwhile, fill microwave safe bowl with hot dogs and water and cook on high in microwave for 6-7 minutes. Remove from water and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. When potatoes are golden, add hot dogs and hot sauce (to your family's taste), and serve on hot dog rolls or dish. Sprinkle some shredded Cheddar on top and serve. My family likes this best on Potatoe Rolls. Then Enjoy a very easy, inexpensive meal together with your family :). The best part is no one complains that they don't like it .
