Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Brown beef and onion, drain and add parsley. Combine tomato paste, water
  2. And spices in a bowl. Add to ground beef. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add noodles and cover and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove
  4. From heat and sprinkle with cheese.
