Simple Turmeric Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 -2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Let rice stand 5 more minutes in the pan before serving.
