Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, toss spinach with remaining ingredients. Put in a 7x11 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or till spinach leaves are wilted.
