Ingredients:

  • 3 small zucchini
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut zuchinni in half, lengthwise. Put zucchini in bag or shallow dish. Sprinkle with oil to coat, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix butter, crumbs, cheese and garlic powder in small bowl.
  3. Grill zucchini until tender crisp, 3 minutes per side,turning once. Move to tin foil, then put cheese mixture on top of zucchini, finish cooking on grill until cheese is melted.
