Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle and prepare with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl combine all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto hot griddle. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
