Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Spray a 9X13 Pyrex dish with cooking spray.
  3. Layer 1/2 the okra, 1/2 the sliced onion and 1 can tomatoes.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
  7. Place oven on broil and broil for 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
  8. Onions and tomatoes should just start to turn golden.
  9. Be creative with your own addition of veggies or seasonings!
