Simple Collards With Yogurt and Old Bay

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the chopped collard greens in some water in a pot on your stovetop for about 15 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Drain out some of the water, leaving about 1/2 cup.
  3. Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, and yogurt.
  4. Mix through. If mixture is watery, mix 1 teaspoons cornstarch with 1 teaspoons water, add to collards and cook until sauce is thickened.
