Ingredients:

  • 6 cups chickpeas
  • 5 radishes , halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust any seasoning to fit your personal preference.
