Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 250 g flour , sifted together with

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 180 deg C and grease bottom of a 21cm x 11cm loaf tin with butter.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar.
