Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°.
  2. Placed sliced apples in buttered 8x8 pan.
  3. Add spices, lemon juice and water.
  4. In separate bowl, mix butter, sugar and flour until crumbly; sprinkle on top of apples.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown and apples are tender.
