Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in steamer
  2. Line the steamer with damp cheese cloth
  3. Mix all above ingredients
  4. Seperate won tons wet edges with water and place mixture in each
  5. Pinch the tops (not close tightly)
  6. Place in steamer 1 inch apart
  7. Steam 6 to 8 minutes covered of course
  8. Serve with soy
  9. Or mix 1/3 cup rice vinegar with 2 tbls. grated ginger
