Shrimp Sugar Cane Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix lime juice salt pepper chili pepper and butter together in a bowl.
  2. Dip shrimp in it and place onto grille.
  3. Slice the mango.
  4. And place on top of greens and plantains.
  5. Place shrimp on top of salad.
