had this at a resort. was absolutely amazing
Ingredients:
2 cups lettuce
1/2 cup mango
1/4 plantain
5 shrimp
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 lime
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Directions:
1. mix lime juice salt pepper chili pepper and butter together in a bowl.
2. dip shrimp in it and place onto grille.
3. slice the mango.
4. and place on top of greens and plantains.
5. place shrimp on top of salad.
