Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh shrimp
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp choppeed parsley
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine onion, parsley, salt, pepper, shrimp, egg, milk, bread crumbs, & lemon juice.
  2. Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture & place in a greased baking pan.
  3. Pour melted butter over all this & bake at 375F for 15 minute.
