Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Keep the shrimp chilled until ready to serve.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise and all the remaking ingredients apart from the lettuce and scallions.
  3. Chill for 12 to 24 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, place the shredded lettuce onto individual plates or 1 large platter.
  5. Top with the shrimp and sauce, do not toss.
  6. Garnish with the scallions.
