Shrimp, Pineapple Rice Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 1/2 cup peppers
  • 2 1/2 cup onion
  • 3 1/3 cup brown rice

Directions:

  1. I cooked my rice first
  2. Then i sauteed the rest of the ingredients in with the rice and oil
  3. Add some pineapple juice for extra flavor
