Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mayo, onion and garlic powder.
  2. Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan or a 12 pie plate.
  3. Cover the cream cheese mixture with the cocktail sauce.
  4. Place the shrimp on top of the cocktail sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped green onions and pasley over the shrimp as garnish.
  6. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
  7. Serve with some kind of butter cracker like town house or toasteds.
