Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix shrimp in large bowl with scallions and parsley. Stir in mayonnaise, crumbs and egg; whisk until well combined. Season with salt, pepper and tabasco to taste. Shape into burgers and saute in oil until both sides are browned. Drain on paper towels. Serve on buns with tartar sauce, lettuce and sliced cheese.
