Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 bunch(es) finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (8oz) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter. Add green onions and shrimp. Cook untill shrimp turn pink, then add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms, and sour cream. Stir well while cooking over moderate heat for 10 minutes.
