Shrimp And Macroni N' Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray
  3. Cook shells in salted boiling water till al dente, drain well
  4. In large pot, melt butter over medium heat, add onion and saute till light
  5. Add flour, seafood seasoning, salt/pepper and red flakes
  6. Gradually add Half N'Half , bring to boil and cook till thickened stirring constantly
  7. Stir in 3 cups cheddar cheese and gouda cheese, stir till melted
  8. Add cooked shells and shrimp and mix well
  9. Pour into prepared pan
  10. Top with remaining cheese
  11. (Optional: buttered bread crumbs)
  12. Bake 35-40 uncovered for until throughly heated and top is golden brown
