Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using a food processor, coarsely shred zucchini, carrot and onion. Drain any excess liquid.
  2. Combine shredded vegetables, raisins, yogurt, peanuts, dill and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
