Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425.
  2. Cut shortening into flour, sugar,baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add enough milk to make dough.
  4. Pat into greased 8 round pan.
  5. Bake 15 minutes.
  6. Cut into 8 wedges.
