Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb butter
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Pre- heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together with hands until a shiny ball of dough is formed.
  3. Pull pieces of dough from large ball of dough and shape into balls.
  4. Place balls on cookie sheet.
  5. Press balls of dough onto cookie sheet with a fork until relatively flat.
  6. Put in oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Place on wax paper until cool.
  8. Enjoy!
