Ingredients:

  • 2 cans shoepeg corn
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat cream cheese and butter over low heat until
  2. Add green chiles ,corn, salt and pepper and mix well
  3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
