Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cucumbers lengthwise, scoop out seeds with a spoon, and slice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Transfer to a salad bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together salt, oil, sugar, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce.
  4. Pour over cucumbers, and gently toss.
  5. Refrigerate several hours before serving, tossing every now and then.
