Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt , to taste

Directions:

  1. Hold an ear of corn in a deep microwavable dish with a lid.
  2. Barely cut the top off the corn kernels with a sharp knife.
  3. With the back of the knife, scrape all the pulp out of the corn kernels into the bowl.
  4. Stir in the water.
  5. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes on HIGH.
  6. Stir. Microwave on HIGH for another 3 or 4 minutes.
