Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On high heat, brown ground beef, onion, and garlic.
  2. Reduce heat and add seasoning (salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you like).
  3. Crumble ground beef into a casserole or baking dish, add corn, peas, and green beans.
  4. Cover evenly with mashed potatoes and scatter the grated cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Place in preheated 350F oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Mashed potatoes should be golden brown and cheese should be bubbly.
