Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. • Half fill the bottom of the Steamer with boiling water.
  2. • Next place potatoes in the top compartment.
  3. • For small potatoes it will take from 20/15 minutes.
  4. • Test via the Fork experiment.
  5. • Oil the frying pan & add the mince meat.
  6. • When the mince meat is brown add the carrot, peas & onion.
  7. • Cook for 10 minutes.
  8. • Place the frying pan’s contents into a cooking dish of choice.
  9. • Mash the potatoes & cover the cooking dish.
  10. • Finally add the grated cheese.
  11. • Place in the oven at gas mark 5, 2nd shelf for 30 mintues.
