  1. METHOD
  2. Place all the ingredients into a large bowel and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover and place in fridge for an hour or two ... Or overnight is perfect.
  4. SHAPE
  5. Mould small amounts of the mixture into either little balls, little sausages or burgers
  6. Burgers about 2 inches round
  7. Sausage about 2 inches long and about 1/2 inch thick
  8. Balls about 1 inch round
  9. Fry in a shallow amount of vegetable oil for 3 mins per side or until golden brown on the outside and cooked through.
  10. OVEN COOK
  11. 20 mins in an oven at 200Centrigrade
  12. Serve hot or cold with a raita and lime pickle.
