Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 5 oz milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp raw sugar
  • 3 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Grind sesame with blender, mixer, or food processor.
  2. Soak gelatin in the hot water.
  3. Pour milk, cream, sugar, and seasame into a pan and bring to a boil, then boil down.
  4. Removed from heat add gelatin and stir.
  5. Strain through a fine sieve.
  6. Pour the mixture into custard cups.
  7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  8. Next, make the sugar syrup.
  9. Pour water and bring to a boil and add sugar]let the syrup become proper consistency.
  10. Poour syrup over the pudding.
