Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 lb snow pea pods (2 cups)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add pea pods and sesame seed; cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until pea pods are crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in bell pepper. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until bell pepper is crisp-tender.
