Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In bowl stir all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Drop by teaspoon onto a baking sheet 4 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes until lacy and golden.
  5. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet out of the oven for 3 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a cooling rack.
