Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients for the dressing together.
  2. Slice the duck breast in 1/8 in pieces and combine with the marinade and set in a glass dish and allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Add the pnut oil to a wok and stir fry the duck breast for 3 minutes. ( do this in batches).
  3. Steam the carrots and sugar snap peas until snap tender.
  4. Cook the noodles according to directions depending on what type of noodles you're using. Drain, rinse and set aside. Add all ingredients including cilantro, green onion into a bowl and toss.
