Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 (4 oz) salmon fillets

Directions:

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients and rub over salmon.
  2. Place in an 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish coated with nonstick spay.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
