Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients except the potatoes.
  2. Spread half of the mixture in a flat non-stick baking pan.
  3. Spread the jojo potatoes on top.
  4. Spread the balance of the mixture on top.
  5. Preheat 375°F.
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
