Seasoned Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes and cut in half lengthwise; place cut side up on an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Brush with oil.
  3. Sprinkle with basil, onion salt and garlic powder.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
