Easy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into cubes.
  2. Put potatoes, seasoning, and oil in a bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Put potatoes into baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees (in a preheated oven) for 1 hour.
  5. Stir half way through to brown potatoes evenly.
