fruit, fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, pitted dark red cherries (not pie filling), pineapple tidbits, apple, chopped and squeezed with lemon to prevent from turning colour, green grapes, halved, desiccated coconut, coloured marshmallows, chopped walnuts, dressing, cream cheese at room temperature, sour cream, marshmallow cream, orange or pineapple juice, garnish with freshly grated nutmeg approximately 1/4 tsp.

red delicious apples, golden delicious apples, red and green grapes (cut in half ), fruit cocktail, peaches, pears, bananas, walnuts, cartons of whipping cream (depends on how much you make, i use 2 cartons for 1 medium bowl of fruit, if making enough for a party or picnic i would use 4)

fruit salad, very well drained, and cut (the larger kind for salads), pineapple tidbits, drained, apple, peeled and diced, marshmallows, chopped pecans (can use more ), cool whip frozen whipped topping, thawed (i prefer cool whip) or 1 cup whipped cream (i prefer cool whip), mayonnaise (hellman s is best for this)
