Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. On stove top Heat up a 12in. saute pan with the butter till bubbly. (do not burn butter)
  3. Meanwhile in a large bowl. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, flour and salt till smooth using an electric mixer
  4. Pour batter in to hot saute pan then place pan in oven bake for 25-30 minutes till edges are golden brown and pancake is puffy pancake will settle once removed from oven let rest for 5 minutes
  5. Slice and serve with real Maple Syrup, dollop of butter and top with fresh, or frozen/thawed blackberries, sliced strawberries and sliced bananas.................Enjoy
