Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 1 bag of cauliflower in glass baking dish then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer sliced onion and half of the cheese over top of cauliflower.
  3. Place the other bag of cauliflower on top and layer with remaining cheese.
  4. Pour whipping cream over cauliflower and add 1 carton full of water.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
