Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place apples in a 2- 1/2-qut. microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Combine the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinlke over apples and toss to coat.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring every 5 minutes.
  5. Yield: 8 servings.
